Ways on How to Develop Your Self-Confidence:

Have you ever felt awkward when approaching people? Do you look down when you talk with the person you think has a higher standard than you? Do you get nervous when introducing yourself on the first day of class or talking in front of the class? Do you feel shy when talking to people you're not that close with? Have you ever mumbled or mental blocked because you weren't feeling comfortable and been defeated with fears? Well, I can give you some tips to overcome all of these:

1.) Be yourself at all times. Yes, we can say that there are some people that'll consider who you are but there are also people who don't, so whoever you are and whatever you do, just be yourself; don't be like someone you aren't because it might just get worse but it doesn't mean not to take your own limitations. Just being yourself is one of the important things to do to build up your self-confidence--- act and talk normal---. This will pave way for you to earn more friends and give you more esteem to face your classmates in front without shaking or feeling nervous once you get there.

2.) Nobody cares. Remember, you're not the only human in which every person is looking at. Always remember that everything will work out just fine, people will just listen and look at you but won't do anything to harm you, in fact, they also experience that kind of situation so remember that everything is just tantamount and nervousness is just the product of your mind.

3.) Don't get distracted  on what you see. Sometimes, our fatal flaw is seeing people looking or depending on what we say, and it came out we're making everything worse. I tell you, you shouldn't get distracted on what you see, especially if people are looking at you from eye to eye.  I know it's kind of fearful, unappreciative feeling but you must need to fight it. Just focus on what you're doing to aim a good result.

4.) Cool down and stretch out. According to what I've researched, stretching will somehow boost up your self-confidence. Doing this will make you feel in ease and can also help you relax your muscles  for you to calm down and bring out what's the best in you.

5.) Always be optimistic. Having a positive attitude towards things will also develop your self-confidence. If you are a positive person, you will learn to handle things by your own, you can also practice leadership if you have this kind of attitude. But always stay humble---- being optimistic doesn't mean that you dominate yourself from everybody---- and if ever there are some suggestions of somebody, you should also listen to him/her in order for you to have a good companionship and understanding with one another.

6.) Stop worrying too much. For all we know, we experience that kind of attitude whenever we are assigned to make a speech, recite, explain something or go in front of the class. Worrying too much will also make you forget the things you need to say and will lessen your esteem to show what you've got . Just go with an easy flow, fear is just in you, but if you look on the abyss or the very corner of things around you, you will see that your fear is just nothing compare to the threats of the world and fears of other person which is really worth the fear.

7.) Love everything around you. Everything that you experience and you see has its own purpose in your life. Always accept everything that comes to your way and always face all of it with no fears, worry, or regrets. Just go with it whether the outcome is good or bad. Embrace all of it and love everything you experience. Always have fun and accept everything around you and your experiences because life is much worthy if we live worthy so don't waste anytime of your life cause you can't go back already in the past, the only thing you need to do is just to focus on the person you are today, the present one, and the challenging one.

Hopefully these tips helpyou!
